Customer Education and Training Specialist

Getting customers is one thing; keeping them engaged and educated is a whole other battle. Eager to take on the challenge? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Education and Training Specialist with a passion for creating creative learning experiences. You will work with all segments of our Customer Success organization as well as our growing customer base to ensure user adoption.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Develop and manage the interactive Support Community content and knowledge base.
  • Lead and create webinars for users.
  • Develop training curricula for customer onboarding.
  • Build new programs to increase user adoption like “Base University.”
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Implementation, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure world-class training materials are ready for customers.
Job requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer education or customer training.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience building and executing training plans and curriculum for driving user adoption of a new software or product.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Bonus Points: Working knowledge of CRM systems and experience working in a startup or growth-stage company.
