Our Customer Success Enablement Manage will focus primarily on new team member on-boarding and training, knowledge management, process mapping, and skill management for Base’s multiple Customer Success teams. You will build and own the Customer Success enablement process. Your efforts directly contribute to Base’s bottom-line revenue growth simultaneously providing you the ability to manage resources as our enablement team grows.
