Customer Success Enablement Manager

Passionate about training? Love coaching, professional development, and skills management? We are looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Our Customer Success Enablement Manage will focus primarily on new team member on-boarding and training, knowledge management, process mapping, and skill management for Base’s multiple Customer Success teams. You will build and own the Customer Success enablement process. Your efforts directly contribute to Base’s bottom-line revenue growth simultaneously providing you the ability to manage resources as our enablement team grows.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Getting the right information into the right person’s hands at the right time to move a customer opportunity forward.
  • Creation of on-boarding playbooks for all Customer Success teams to reduce new employee ramp-up time.
  • Build and roll-out of development training programs for new and existing team-members.
  • Be a Knowledge Management expert that knows how to organize information and make it accessible to all team members.
Job requirements
  • 3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager for a software company.
  • Experience building training curriculum with successful, measurable outputs.
  • Knowledge management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for sales. We mean it.
  • Bonus Points: Working knowledge of CRM systems and experience working in a startup or growth-stage company.
