Your responsibilities will include
  • Leading the end to end implementation for Base’s emerging small business clients and support implementation to Base’s mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Determining business solutions for sales organizations, developing project plans, outlining execution, and maturing customers engagements into long-standing business relationships.
  • Taking customer goals and presenting attainable project plans.
  • Understanding and analyzing sales business requirements to determine Base CRM solutioning.
  • Supervising change management.
  • Preparing standard, and custom training via webinars and/or classroom methods.
  • Providing reports post implementation to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Regional and global travel 0% to 15%.
Job requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business oriented field.
  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS/software implementations, account management, sales or other relevant business consulting.
  • Project management skills and strong functional requirements gathering skills.
  • Exceptional customer presence and presentation skills; comfortable in talking with C-level executives.
