Sales Development Strategist

Our Sales Development Strategists focus primarily on outbound lead generation for our sales teams. Better leads equate to more Base demonstrations, more closed deals, and more revenue. Your efforts directly contribute to Base’s top-line revenue growth simultaneously providing you a professional development path for your career in software sales.

Responsibilities
  • Creatively drive outbound meetings in designated target list to yield desired pipeline in a high-volume environment.
  • Leverage multi-channel cadence with accountability metrics in cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Setting appointments for Account Executives.
  • Using consultative and solutions-based selling techniques to determine lead viability.
  • Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred.
  • Strong desire to establish a career in technology sales
  • Persuade prospects to take meeting through excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm. We mean it.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Lead management workflow and solutions experience.
