Responsibilities
  • Lead the team owning overall Customer success with Base custom solutions and support of Enterprise Customer engagements.
  • Manage team of Developers, Quality Assurance, Technical Project Management, Solution Architect.
  • Hand pick your team and hire per the hiring plan.
  • Grow team members via coaching, mentoring and regular feedback loops.
  • Design and continue to develop the 3rd party vendor model – recruit, onboard and manage vendors providing Development services.
  • Support your team in designing custom solutions for Base customers.
  • Drive ‘Strategic Investment’ projects that will help Base Services to be more efficient.
  • Work closely with the Base Product organization aligning custom project requests with the Base current and future roadmap.
  • When needed, join the larger Base Services team in working with customers to design and scope Custom solutions.
  • Own training and onboarding of Tech PS team members. Support training for other Base teams.
  • Be an active Base Team Leader joining Team Leader meetings and improving Leadership at Base.
  • Drive the strategy of the Base Technical Professional Services team.
  • Build and improve the methodology and templates used by the Base Tech PS team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Customer Success Engineers and Support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technology implementations, SaaS preference.
  • Experience managing a Development team, background in working with 3rd party vendors.
  • Very strong knowledge of Web Services, APIs, Enterprise Architecture and Integrations.
  • Strong Product & Solution Design background.
